Totchos are made from Tater Tots, house-made chili / melted cheddar cheese / salsa fresca / sour cream and guacamole. My wife and I had the Totchos appetizer which was so different, large and delicious. The Bar also has a nice variety of music playing in the back ground while you are enjoying a cocktail, or having your meal.
